Barbero wins first place research presentation, SS-ASPB meeting
Congratulations to Borja Barbero, a graduate student in the Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics. Barbero recently won first place in the graduate student division of oral research presentations at the Southern Section-American Society of Plant Biologists meeting. His presentation was titled, PROTECTION OF TELOMERES 1b protects against telomere oxidation in Arabidopsis thaliana.
