Stockroom Delivery and Shipping Information

All packages will be sent through UPS, unless the shipment is charged to the recipient for FedEx.

• Provide the name, address, phone number, and email of the recipient as well as the name, email of the PI/shipper – charged to the PI’s account.
• Able to ship: envelope, UPS box, or other packages (non-UPS box). All items should be weighed and dimensions measured.
• Dry ice should be put in a Styrofoam container with a fitted cardboard box. Please include weight (lbs.) of dry ice, the total weight of the package, and the dimension of the box. A dry ice sticker should be placed on the box. DO NOT tape the Styrofoam box.
• Delivery options: Standard overnight (discounted price), 2 days, or ground. Other options have corresponding fees.
• Cut off for shipment is M–F at 2:30 pm.

Include the following:

• International Shipments Pre-Authorization Form. Send completed form to Alex Cleghorn
• The complete name, address, phone number, and email of the recipient. Include FedEx account number if the recipient is being charged.
• PI, shipper’s name, and email.
• Item description (DNA samples, doc, etc.) and quantity.
• Dry ice should be put in a Styrofoam container with a fitted cardboard box. Please include weight (lbs.) of dry ice, the total weight of the package, and the dimension of the box. A dry ice sticker should be placed on the box. DO NOT tape the styrofoam box.
• Bring all AgriLife permits, commercial invoices, and package contents before coming to the stockroom.
• Delivery options: International priority/standard
• Cut off for shipment is M–F 2:30 pm.
